Imagine enjoying these magnificent sights, all from the privacy of your cabin deck. Watch as a rain cloud forms and approaches, finally delivering a refreshing reprieve from the blistering summer sun. At the end of the day, lie on the deck and teach your kids about constellations while you star-gaze. The Northern Lights in late August are plentiful and dance across the sky to signal the end of another summer.
Saskatchewan has the most golf courses per capita and the lowest golfing fees in the world! Add to that our open skies and extended daylight and you have perfect golfing conditions. Three courses (2-9 and 1-18) are just ten minutes away and three more (another 2-9 and 1-18) are just half an hour away.
Interested in fishing? The lake is called Jackfish for a reason and Heisler's Hilltop Haven provides a canoe, paddleboat and private swim dock for your fishing experience. The swim dock with anchor, at no extra cost, has become one of our most popular ways for kids to fish, because parents can observe their children while sipping a cold drink from their cabin deck. Explore the shoreline with the canoe and paddle through scenic Lehman's Creek into Murray Lake in search of numerous pickerel holes! If you don't like to get your feet wet, there are several places located around the lakes, just a couple of minutes by car from your door, or you can cast from one of our docks. We also have for rent a 14 foot aluminum boat with a 18 horse power motor. The boat has a steering wheel and is perfect for fishing or for small family boating adventures.
HH Haven has two cabins and a motorhome located on three large lakefront/lakeview lots on the east side of Jackfish Lake. All lots are located on Hunt's Cove within walking distance to Cochin. The cabins and motorhome are fully furnished, each with their own blankets and pillows, pots and pans, barbeque, picnic table(s), lawn chairs and campfire pit (with firewood). All locations share the following amenities at no additional cost: Trampoline, Volleyball, Badminton, Croquet, Horseshoes, Bocci, Bicycles, Private Stair Access to Lake, Private Floating Swim Dock, Paddleboat, Canoe and Windsurfer.
HH Haven operates from mid May to mid October and is ideal for family reunions. We can accommodate twenty people in our cabins and motorhome, plus have room for another RV, yet still have room for an extra tent or two. HH Haven also offers powered watersport packages.
